Jeff Feldman received his Bachelor's degree from the University of Miami. He began his career in mortgage brokerage at Cooper Horowitz, where he spent three formative years. Jeff then went on to build a distinguished 30-year career in the industry, spending 15 years each at Donald Zucker and McAny Inc.

Throughout his career, Jeff has been responsible for the financing and sales of over $5 billion in real estate transactions, spanning a wide range of asset classes and markets.

Today, he serves as a majority owner and managing partner of Feldman Realty Group, where he continues to lead with deep industry expertise, strategic vision, and a results-driven approach to real estate investment and development.

Leslie C. Feldman has been running Feldman Realty Group since 1991. Leslie serves as the company’s in-house counsel, providing thorough legal guidance on real estate transactions and other matters.

Leslie earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Colgate University and went on to receive his Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School, equipping him with a well rounded foundation in both business and law.

His experience in the real estate industry, combined with his legal expertise, has aided Feldman Realty Group's success over the years.

With nearly two decades of experience in the real estate industry, Alexis Feldman has been a driving force at Feldman Realty since 2005. As a Managing Member and owner, Alexis oversees the operations and strategic direction of the company's diverse portfolio. Her leadership ensures the continued growth and success of the firm’s holdings.

Alexis holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from The New School, a background that provides her with a unique perspective on both the business and creative aspects of real estate. In addition to her role as a managing member, she is a licensed real estate salesperson in New York, offering deep market knowledge and a hands-on approach to her work.

Morgan Feldman received her bachelor's degree from Trinity College in Hartford, CT.  She began her career in commercial real estate at Newmark, where she spent five years advising clients on leasing strategies and Landlord portfolio management. She continued to build on this foundation at Cushman & Wakefield, representing both tenants and landlords across a diverse range of asset classes for an additional two years.

Morgan later transitioned in-house as the U.S. Retail Expansion Lead at Joe & The Juice, where she was responsible for overseeing and executing the brand’s national growth strategy.

Today, Morgan is a principal at Feldman Realty Group, where she owns and helps manage the firm’s real estate holdings. Drawing on her deep industry experience, she plays a key role in asset management, tenant relations, and strategic development initiatives across the portfolio. Morgan holds a real estate salesperson license in New York.
